The construction figure is an estimate based on the agreed concept, not a fixed contractor quotation. The fixed proposal covers Diogel's next-stage architectural and planning service. You are under no obligation to continue, and your £395 is credited if you choose to carry on with Diogel.

What if you think our original idea is wrong?

Then we will tell you. See It First is not a service where we simply draw what you ask for. We challenge the brief and explore the strongest solution before you commit.

How do you get the information about my home?

Easy, and we show you exactly how the moment you book. There are three quick ways, and most people are done in under ten minutes. Your estate agent's floor plans, a quick 3D scan you do on your phone, or your home's old planning applications. You pick whichever is easiest.

How can you design my home without seeing it?

For See It First, the information you send us is enough to design and visualise your space accurately. And when you go on to make it real, we visit your property in person anyway.

Is the construction cost a fixed builder's quote?

No. It is a project-specific construction cost estimate based on the agreed concept. It gives you a much more meaningful view than a generic ballpark, but the final contractor price comes later from builders pricing the completed information.

What if our idea is outside our budget?

We discuss that openly and explore the trade-offs. That may mean reducing the scale, changing the approach or finding a different solution.

What if I don't love the design?

The design is collaborative. We keep refining it with you, session by session, until we reach a design direction that is right for your home.

Can you recommend that we do not proceed?

Yes. The purpose of See It First is to help you make the right decision, including deciding that the project is not right yet.

Can this help my partner and me agree?

Yes. We want both perspectives included. The interview and collaborative design process help you examine the options together rather than continuing the debate at home.

Is £395 all I pay for See It First?

Yes, £395 is the full price of See It First. Making it real afterwards is a separate service with its own fixed proposal, and your £395 is credited against it if you choose to proceed.

What happens after See It First?

If you choose to proceed, Diogel can turn the agreed concept into the full drawings and planning work through the Making It Real service. You will receive a separate fixed proposal, and the £395 See It First fee is credited against it.

Can I get a refund?

You may cancel before design work begins for a full refund. Once the design process starts, we work collaboratively towards an agreed design direction.
